Owner - Lead  Sales/ Estimator 

Jeff Beauregard

​Jeff brings over 25 years of experience in construction, business development, and project management. As a co-owner of Cedar Rapids Construction & Remodeling, he leads sales, estimating, marketing, and scheduling. His career has spanned everything from hands-on carpentry to facilities management, with a strong focus on quality work and lasting relationships. Jeff values teamwork, learning, and creating a positive work environment for both clients and employees.

Owner - Lead Carpenter 

Zach Beauregard

Zach has been with Cedar Rapids Construction for two years. He enjoys working on full house builds and seeing the finished product of his hard work. His favorite part of the job is the crew—working alongside his buddies every day makes the job even better. His go-to tools are the mud pan and knives, and outside of work he never turns down a blue sour patch Ghost energy drink or grabbing lunch out.

Owner - Lead Carpenter

Drake Beauregard

Drake brings 5 years of construction experience to Cedar Rapids Construction. His favorite work is framing—whether it’s a deck or a house, he enjoys the process from start to finish. He especially likes using the wood shop table saw for those perfect, clean cuts. For Drake, the best part of the job is that every day is different, and he gets to meet new people along the way.

Owner - Office Manager

Carman Beauregard 

Carman is the Owner and Office Manager of CRCR, skillfully balancing her responsibilities here while also managing a full-time job. Her leadership, organization, and commitment keep the team running smoothly, and she’s always ready to jump in wherever she’s needed.  Outside of work, Carman enjoys spending time with her family and recharging from her busy schedule.

Carpenter 

Aiden Harris

Aiden has 3 years of construction experience and especially enjoyed working on the house build in Bernard. He appreciates how patient and close the crew and bosses are, making every day on the job better. His favorite tool is the sledgehammer, and while he didn’t plan on going into construction at first, he’s grown to really enjoy the work. Outside of work, you’ll find him grabbing an energy drink from the gas station and eating his go-to lunch of beef and rice.

Laborer 

Aiden Rosenthal

Aiden has been with CRCR for less than a year and enjoys working on deck projects the most. From day one, he’s felt like part of the family thanks to the welcoming crew and office team. His favorite tool is the miter saw, and outside of work he is in school training to become a firefighter. CRCR gives him the hard-working experience he was looking for while preparing for his future career.

Laborer/ Carpenter

Tanner Wilson 

Tanner has about 2 years of construction experience. His favorite project so far was fixing a leaking window with Dan. He enjoys working with the crew because they’re quick with a joke and always willing to help out when he has a question. Tanner’s favorite tool is the hammer, and he chose construction because he likes working with his hands and seeing the progress made each day on the job.

Elizabeth Peshek 

Lizzy has one year of construction experience and enjoys working on deck and siding projects the most. From day one, she’s felt like part of the team and enjoys the fun, easygoing atmosphere on the job site. Her favorite tools are the impact driver and miter saw. Lizzy chose a career in construction because she loves working with her hands and seeing the transformation that comes with every project.

Laborer/ Carpenter 

Aidan Kelley

Aidan brings 4 years of construction experience to the CRCR team, with extensive background in paint and drywall work from years of helping family and tackling honey-do projects for friends. He shows up every day with a positive attitude—and usually a few dance moves to keep the crew energized and the jobsite fun. His favorite part of the job is meeting new people and continuing to grow his skills, especially as he takes on more wood-carpentry projects.

Office Administrative Assistant

Topanga Beauregard

Topanga enjoys working in the CRCR office, keeping up with daily tasks and helping wherever she’s needed. She loves cracking jokes with everyone on the crew, and even though they’re not all blood related, it still feels like one big family. Her favorite part of the job is seeing the team’s hard work come together on each project.

Office Administrative Assistant

Angie Wagoner

Angie enjoys working in the CRCR office, taking care of daily tasks and helping out wherever she can. She loves being part of such a talented and hardworking team, and supporting the crew as projects come together. In her free time, Angie enjoys spending time with her grandbabies and hanging out with her husband.

Office Patrol Officer 

Opal Beauregard

Opal proudly serves as the CRCR Office Patrol Officer, keeping a close eye on daily activity and alerting the team to every incoming visitor—usually with an enthusiastic bark. She loves being part of such a talented and hardworking crew, always ready to supervise, “patrol,” and offer morale boosts throughout the day.

Carpenter

Eric Nonhoff

Eric came to us from Washington state.  He recently moved here to Cedar Rapids with his family.

Eric has 25+/- years of extensive carpentry experience brought to us from the Western US.  We are excited to learn some of their methods and introduce some of ours to him as well.
